Auto Claim

If you have an auto loss:

Call our office or your insurance company directly to report a loss. We will provide you with information about the appraisal process. Please have the following information on hand to help us assist you in reporting the loss:

Your plate registration number
Name, address, and telephone number of all drivers involved
Name, address, and telephone number of any witnesses

If the accident occurs over the weekend or after office hours, please check your current auto policy for the name of the insurance company and policy number. Call the insurance company at the number shown and report the loss directly to them.

Please obtain a copy of the police report and complete the operator's report, which can be obtained at any police station or on the Registry website www.massrmv.com. Please forward both of these reports to our office.
