If You Have a Claim

If you have an automobile accident:

Call our office or your insurance company direct to report the loss. We will give you information about the appraisal process. You will need the following information to assist us in reporting the loss:

Your plate registration number

Name, address, and telephone number of all drivers involved

Name, address, and telephone number of any witnesses

If the accident occurs over the weekend or after office hours, please check your current auto policy for the name of the insurance company and policy number. Please call the insurance company at the number shown below and report the loss directly to them.

Please obtain a copy of the police report and complete the operator's report, which can be obtained at any police station or on the Registry website www.massrmv.com . Forward both of these reports to our office.

If you have a property loss:

Secure the property to prevent any further damage i.e. put a tarp on the roof, board up the windows, etc.

Call our office to report the loss.

If the loss occurs over the weekend or after office hours, please check your current property policy for the name of the insurance company and your policy number. Please call the insurance company at the number shown below and report the loss directly to them.

If you have an auto glass loss:

Call our office to report the loss prior to replacing the glass in your automobile. We will give you information about the claims process.

If the glass loss occurs over the weekend or after office hours, please check your current auto policy for the name of the insurance company and policy number. Please call the insurance company at the number shown below and report the loss directly to them.
